Nigerian Staff Development Program
1977 – 1983
Between 1977 and 1983, AAI administered the Nigerian Staff Development Program, which provided specialized graduate training programs in the United States for Nigerians. Funded by the Nigerian Centre for Management Development, participants received scholarships to pursue master's degrees in business administration. Some of the participants pursued Ph.D. degrees upon completion of their M.B.A. AAI provided administrative services for the scholarship program, including academic counseling, visa sponsorship and financial management.
