Africa: Open for Business Documentary Film Screening in New York City
AAI hosted the New York screening of Africa: Open for Business, a one-hour documentary that aims to inform and change perceptions of Africa by offering an inspiring glimpse of African entrepreneurship. Financed by the World Bank, the film was produced by Carol Pineau, who is a journalist and frequent contributor to CNN’s Inside Africa. The film was highlighted on Inside Africa in March 2005 and received the most viewer responses, all positive, of any program aired on that channel to-date.
